1.Linisin ang part na may syringoma/milia using cotton balls with alcohol.Kapag nalinis na haluin ng maayos ang cream using toothpick or applicator stick.
2.Lagyan ang part lang mismo na may syringoma or milia na may nakaumbok at ingatan na malagyan ang normal skin dahil maari po itong masunog.
3.Hayaang nakababad ang cream ng 20-30 minutes sa balat,after ng 20-30 minutes tanggalin ang cream using cotton balls with distilled water.kapag nalinis na,apply ulit pangalawa babad ng another 20-30 minutes.
After ng 20-30 minutes tapos na po ang treatment,hindi na po pwedeng lagyan ang part na na treat natin kinabukasan.

Reminder: Dalawang babad lang na 20-30 minutes ang gagawin,kinabukasan pwede nang lagyan ang iba pang part na may syringoma.
Normal din ang pagkakaroon ng peklat after matanggal ang scab pero ito ay nawawala.
