Once upon a time, not so long ago, Ramel Uy wanted to be a radio anchorman and applied for the job at a Bacolod City station. He did not get it. But that did not stop this radio fan who listened to radio soaps as a young boy in Mindanao to build a radio network that is now dominating the airwaves.
