Love is the true price of ❤. Did I really had that " LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" with my ASHTANGA Practice? I guess for some or many, this might be true. But as far as I can remember, i never really loved Ashtanga during the first few months of practicing. Soo hard and it seemed that I can lift myself in a push up position! hahaha. I did it because I needed help with my depression before. Believing and having that faith that the practice can heal me, booom! It did heal me! Was it easy? No way! That's why it wasnt love at first sight at all. But yeah look at me now, still doing the same poses every single day for almost a decade of my life and loving the effects of the practice. Thank you and I Love you ASHTANGA YOGA! 🥰🥰
