History is finally listening. 🌈⚖️

After years—decades—of waiting, hoping, and quietly fighting, the voices of the LGBTQ+ community are finally being heard. The Supreme Court’s release recognizing co-ownership in same-sex relationships under the Family Code is more than a legal statement; it is a powerful affirmation that love, commitment, and shared life deserve recognition—no matter who you love.

For so long, LGBTQ+ couples have built homes, shared responsibilities, and stood by each other through life’s hardest moments, yet remained invisible in the eyes of the law. Today marks a step forward in correcting that injustice. This recognition honors the reality that families come in many forms, and all deserve dignity, fairness, and protection.

This is for those who waited patiently, for those who spoke bravely, and for those who never stopped believing that equality would one day move from a dream to a decision. May this milestone inspire deeper understanding, wider acceptance, and a community that chooses love over exclusion.

This is progress. This is hope. This is a reminder that equality, though long delayed, is never denied forever. 🏳️‍🌈✨

Calling all member of KWGN Pride to participate this Memorandum from the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Kauswagan, and to support the M4GG for the Candlelight Prayer Rally against Corruption and anomalous of government transactions including the recent DPWH scandals.

I invite you to join this activity helping our country to stop the corruption.

This coming September 21, 2025 at Amphitheater (5:00PM) wear Black Shirt and bring at least one (1) candle as a symbol of solidarity.

See you on the 23rd of August 7PM at the Kauswagan Municipal Gymnasium. 🤩

Guidelines and Mechanics

1. The event is open to all interested residents of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte.
2. The event is open to all individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
3. The participants must be 15-30 years old and must submit a photocopy of a proof of residency and birth certificate/ valid ID, for age verification.
4. Participants are required to complete the registration starting tomorrow, August 8 until August 20, 2025 5PM and must filll out the registration form at the SK Federation Office, 2nd Floor Kauswagan Municipal Hall. No online submission will be accepted.
5. Each participant is required to craft an exceptional outfit, the use of recycled materials is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
6. During the presentation on the runway, contestants will showcase their unique outfits.
7. Following the runway presentation, is the lip-sync showdown which duration shall be 3 minutes minimum and maximum of 5 minutes. The judges will then determine the final two contenders using the criteria below.
8. After the announcement of the final 2, the scores will be back to zero. The ultimate drag superstar will be determined through a final lip-sync showdown between the remaining two finalists.
9. The winner of SK Drag Superstar 2.0 will receive a P 5,000.00 cash and trophy.
