Life’s messy. Work’s messy. Here, we keep it real and find ways to rise above with dignity.

Trabaho ang pinaghirapan, kaya ang sweldo ay hindi dapat ituring na utang na loob.

It’s honestly frustrating how delayed salaries hit harder during times like this. Prices are going up, daily needs don’t wait, and yet the compensation we rely on comes late.

We continue to show up, fulfill our responsibilities, and give our best—so we hope for the same sense of urgency and fairness in return. This isn’t just about inconvenience, it’s about people trying to support their families and get through everyday life.

Hoping this concern gets addressed soon. 🙏

Masyadong madaya….

Me checking reactions on a post about a toxic manager… praying none of my staff are in there 👀🙏

To many to mention especially in Government Agencies. 🤭

Be careful who gets your unfiltered thoughts. Office politics turns casual venting into documented weakness when promotions are on the line.

A Healthy environment,
no gossips and unfair treatment
no politics and most importantly mo power tripping.

I’ll make sure also that my staff will see me as reliable leader. 🤘🏻

I wouldn’t create a culture where people feel scared to speak honestly.

I’ve learned to celebrate progress, not perfection. Proud of myself for choosing growth, patience, and courage. 🌱

When leaders lack competence, decisions such as promotions may be driven by personal preference rather than merit, which undermines capable employees and overall organizational performance.

Nothing annoys me more than when someone expects you to be okay with something they would never accept if it were done to them. It’s wild how some people can justify their behavior, minimize your feelings, and pretend everything is “not that serious”, yet if the same situation flipped, they’d be the first to explode, complain, or play the victim.

Double standards are exhausting. They drain your energy, test your patience, and make you question whether the relationship, friendship, family, or otherwise, is even genuine. Because real connection isn’t one-sided. Respect isn’t selective. And understanding shouldn’t only apply when it benefits them.

If you want honesty, give honesty. If you want loyalty, show loyalty. If you want support, offer support. It’s really that simple. But some people want the perks of being treated well without doing the work of treating others the same.

People reveal their true character when situations require fairness and maturity. And when their actions don’t match the standards they preach, believe what you see. Protect your peace, set boundaries, and never apologize for refusing to accept behavior they themselves would never tolerate.

Your well-being matters too. ❤️‍🩹
