‼️KASO NG INFLUENZA-LIKE ILLNESS, BUMABA SA UNANG DALAWANG LINGGO NG OKTUBRE; DOH, NILINAW NA WALANG OUTBREAK‼️

Nakapagtala ang DOH ng 6,457 na kaso ng ILI sa bansa mula September 28 hanggang October 11, 2025. Mas mababa ito ng 39% kumpara sa sa naitalang 10,740 na kaso sa linggo ng September 14 hanggang September 27, 2025.

Bagamat maaari pang magbago dahil patuloy ang surveillance, mas mababa rin ito ng 25% kaysa sa naitalang 8,628 na kaso sa parehong panahon noong 2024.

Una nang nilinaw ni DOH Secretary Ted Herbosa na walang outbreak at hindi kakailanganin ng anumang lockdown dahil sa Influenza-Like Illness o ILI.

Gayunpaman, paalala ng DOH:
✅ Ugaliin ang regular na paghuhugas ng kamay gamit ang malinis na tubig at sabon;
✅ Takpan ang bibig o ilong kapag uubo o babahing; at
✅ Sapat na tulog, pagkain nang tama, at pag-inom ng maraming tubig.

Kung makaranas ng mga sintomas tulad ng lagnat, ubo, o pananakit ng lalamunan o katawan:

✅Manatili muna sa bahay upang maiwasan ang pagkahawa ng iba;
✅Maaaring uminom ng gamot para maibsan ang nararamdamang sintomas, gaya ng paracetamol kung may lagnat; at
✅Agad kumonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health center, pasilidad, o ospital para sa tamang payo at angkop na gamutan.
