That RED ALERT NOTICE from Interpol to the DIFFUSION Notice, that is actually from the Philippines sent to the Philippines.

Yep.

It is now slowly unfolding that there was no red alert notice from Interpol. And that the diffusion notice came from the Philippines asking HongKong to arrest Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Take note, red notices are issued by Interpol. Diffusion notices are issued by a country asking other countries to arrest someone. That is the main difference of red alert notices and diffusion notices.

So in effect, that diffusion notice, which is actually like a telegram, made by the Philippines to request HK to arrest PRRD, was eventually “sent” back to the Phillipines so that they can do the arresting.

Further, the ICC did NOT even SEND a formal request yet to the Philippines for the arrest of PRRD. The international body actually got surprised about PRRD’s arrival at the ICC.

So now we know, that the Philippine government voluntarily surrendered PRRD to ICC after violently arresting and coercing him.

And that ladies and gentlemen is what you call KIDNAPPING.

Kidnapping is mainly unlawful taking or detention of an individual or person, use of force, threat and intimidation (7000 policemen); being taken with lack of consent or against one’s will; And we did see all these in the video which, PRRD helped magnify for us to “see.”

We have to add too that this government’s use of public/people’s fund. That private jet was paid for by us!

After the dust has settled, and PRRD is “released from illegal detention” (words from his lawyer Atty Kaufmann), you can be rest assured, kidnapping charges wll be filed against all those involved in the abduction of former president, and much loved Filipino, Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

ALL. From those on top who pre planned all these, to the lowly policeman.
