The True Test of Character
Money is the world's most powerful tool. It has the reach to build empires, but it also has the power to dismantle everything—shattering families, dissolving friendships, ruining partnerships, and even driving nations to war.
Take this as a warning: Wealth is a master of disguise, but it is also the ultimate revealer of truth. You never truly know a person’s heart, their integrity, or their loyalties until money is placed on the table. When interests clash and profit is at stake, the masks fall off.
Never let the pursuit of what you can gain destroy the things that money can never replace. Because in the end, if you lose your character for the sake of currency, you have lost far more than you could ever account for.
The true test of a person isn't how they treat you when everything is going well; it’s how they treat you when money is involved. Be mindful of who you build with.
A faithful man will abound with blessings, but whoever hastens to be rich will not go unpunished. Proverbs 28:20
Amen
A warning against sexual immorality and unfaithfulness.
Solomon teaches that temptation may seem attractive and pleasurable at first, but it ultimately leads to regret, broken relationships, and spiritual harm. He encourages faithfulness in marriage and reminds us that God sees every path we take.
God calls His people to live with purity, self-control, and faithfulness. True joy and lasting fulfillment are found in honoring our commitments and walking in obedience to Him.
Faithfulness protects families, builds trust, and brings honor to God. Temporary pleasures can have lasting consequences, but wisdom leads to a life of peace and blessing.
What may seem right or enjoyable today can bring sorrow tomorrow. Seek God’s wisdom, guard your heart, and remain faithful in all your relationships.
For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and He examines all your paths.
Proverbs 5:21
Amen
A father urges his children to seek wisdom above all else. He teaches that wisdom protects, guides, and honors those who embrace it. This chapter contrasts the path of the righteous with the path of the wicked, emphasizing that our choices determine the direction and outcome of our lives.
What fills our heart eventually directs our life. As Proverbs 4:23 reminds us: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Our thoughts, beliefs, desires, and values shape our decisions, words, and actions. If our heart is filled with God’s truth and wisdom, our life will move toward righteousness, peace, and purpose. But if it is filled with bitterness, pride, or sinful desires, it will lead us away from God’s best.
Therefore, we must seek God’s wisdom daily through prayer and the reading of His Word. We must stay focused on God’s path and avoid distractions that lead us into sin.
Guard our heart carefully, because the direction of our life follows the condition of our heart. When God’s wisdom fills our heart, our steps will remain on the path of righteousness. Proverbs 4:23–27
Amen.

This achievement is not merely the result of intelligence, effort, and hard work—it is a testimony of God’s grace, favor, and faithfulness. While Jesse studied diligently and persevered through every challenge, we recognize that every good and perfect gift comes from above.
As the Scripture says:
“A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven.” — John 3:27
This day , we give all glory, honor, and praise to God. Without His guidance, wisdom, strength, and blessings, no amount of human effort would be enough. This achievement stands as evidence that when God opens a door, no one can shut it.
Jesse, we are proud of your accomplishments, but even more proud of the character, humility, and values you continue to demonstrate. May this milestone be only the beginning of greater things that God has prepared for your future.
To God be all the glory!
Amen
Wisdom protects us from temptation and wrong decisions.
When we seek God’s wisdom and apply His Word in our daily lives, we gain the ability to recognize what is right and wrong before making choices.
Wisdom acts like a guardrail, helping us avoid sinful temptations, harmful influences, and decisions that can lead to regret, pain, or destruction.
A wise person does not simply react to circumstances; they carefully consider God’s principles before acting. Wisdom helps us see the consequences of our actions and choose the path that honors God.
* Before making a decision, ask, “Does this align with God’s Word?”
* Think about the long-term consequences, not just immediate benefits.
* Pray for discernment when facing temptation.
For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you. Proverbs 2:10–11
Amen
God’s guidance is more reliable than our own understanding.
As human beings, our knowledge is limited, and our understanding is often influenced by emotions, circumstances, and personal desires.
God, however, sees the whole picture—past, present, and future. When we trust Him completely and honor Him in every area of our lives, He guides us along the best path, even when we do not fully understand where He is leading.
Trusting God means relying on His wisdom rather than our own opinions, fears, or plans. Honoring Him means putting Him first in our decisions, actions, resources, and relationships.
There will be times when God’s direction does not make sense to us. Yet faith means believing that His wisdom is greater than ours. What appears to be a detour may actually be God’s protection; what seems like a delay may be His preparation.
Always pray before making important decisions. Seek God’s Word for direction and obey God even when the outcome is unclear.
When we trust God completely and honor Him above all else, we gain a guide who never fails, a wisdom that never errs, and a path that leads to His purpose and blessing.
Amen
Proverbs teach that true wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord and is the foundation for a life of righteousness, discernment, and success.
God lovingly calls every person to seek wisdom, embrace instruction, guard their heart, reject temptation, and walk in His ways. Those who listen to God’s wisdom find protection, understanding, and life, while those who reject it ultimately suffer the consequences of their own choices.
Wisdom is more valuable than wealth, more precious than earthly treasures, and is available to all who humbly seek the Lord.
Wisdom is not merely knowing what is right; it is living according to God’s truth every day. The person who builds life on God’s wisdom builds on a foundation that will stand firm through every season of life.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” — Proverbs 9:10
Wisdom is God’s gift, but pursuing it is our responsibility.
Amen

Any man can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad.
A father gives life, but a dad gives his time, love, guidance, and sacrifice. A dad is there through life’s challenges and victories, leading by example and shaping the character of his children.
Today, we honor not only those who are fathers by title, but those who have embraced the responsibility of being a true dad—loving, providing, protecting, and nurturing their families.
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads. May God continue to bless you with wisdom, strength, and grace as you lead your families.
In Jesus name
Amen
