We are now in close cooperation with the CIDG, NBI, and other proper authorities to pursue the individuals operating under dummy accounts such as “Andrew Lim,” “Andrew Andrew,” “Andrew Lao,” and several others using the same IP address.

These accounts have been actively spreading malicious statements and dragging not only our clinic’s name but also other businesses, including Sabina’s Cravings.

Please be advised that our legal team is preparing to file multiple cases against those found responsible. All screenshots, comments, and IP-related records have been preserved and are now part of the investigation.

🔔 This serves as a stern warning: online harassment, defamation, and cybercrimes have serious consequences under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (R.A. 10175) and related laws.

Official Statement from Meraki Aesthetic Clinic

In the past days, our clinic has been receiving comments and tags from dummy accounts, including malicious posts and false allegations such as tagging DOLE without valid basis.

To clarify: Meraki Aesthetic Clinic is fully compliant with labor standards. Our employees receive their rightful salaries, government-mandated benefits, and even additional commissions and incentives. We value our team and generously share with them because we believe that a business grows best when its people are cared for.

We are also issuing this as a warning to the public. A former employee, who has already been lawfully separated from the company, is one of the individuals under review in connection with these actions. For transparency, we will be posting her name and picture soon, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, limited only to the fact of her termination and without disclosing other personal or sensitive details.

Please be advised that:
• All screenshots, tags, and dummy accounts are being recorded as evidence.
• Our legal team and the proper authorities are already handling this matter.
• Once identities are fully verified, formal charges will be filed against those responsible for harassment, defamation, and malicious misrepresentation.
