What is the importance of Lip Neutralization?

Lip neutralization, a cosmetic procedure, is important for correcting and lightening dark or uneven lip tones, creating a more natural, balanced, and aesthetically pleasing lip color, and serving as a foundation for lip blushing.

This treatment is particularly beneficial if you have a darker skin tone or if you’ve noticed your lips have been darkening over time. Sometimes, this can be caused by hyperpigmentation or a host of various factors, such as weather conditions or underlying medical concerns.

In the final stage, after your lips have been neutralized and made a few shades lighter, you can choose to go forward with a lip blush treatment. Our I can help you pick out a specific color, which can then be implanted into your lips.

Your before and after care is EXTREMELY important to follow, to ensure good retention of your strokes/shadow during your healing process.

4 Weeks Before your appointment:

Do not have any chemical peels, microdermabrasion, mesotherapy, or any other intense treatment which will cause faster skin cell rejuvenation and cause skin irritation 3-4 weeks before the procedure.
