Important reminders‼️
May mga practical na paraan para ma-minimize yung risk ng tachycardia/SVT habang naka-T:
1. Huwag mag-skip ng meals (kahit maliit lang)
* Kahit wala kang gana, try small frequent meals
* Priority: protein + konting carbs (egg, chicken, tofu + konting rice or fruit)
* Skipping meals = risk for low sugar + electrolyte imbalance → palpitations
2. Hydration is key
* Target: ~2–3 liters/day (unless may restriction ka)
* Add electrolytes if konti lang kain mo (ORS, coconut water, or light electrolyte drinks)
* Dehydration is one of the common triggers ng fast heart rate
3. Don’t go too low sa calories
* Kahit nagwe-weight loss ka, sobrang baba ng intake = stress sa katawan
* If lagi kang “busog sa gulay,” make sure may enough protein + konting carbs
4. Limit stimulants
* Coffee, energy drinks, strong tea → can trigger palpitations
* If napapansin mong mabilis tibok after caffeine, bawasan muna
5. Check your dose
* If biglang lumakas side effects (panghihina, hilo, palpitations),
baka too high or too fast yung titration
* Better to stay longer sa lower dose kaysa pilitin tumaas
6. Watch electrolytes
* Important: potassium, sodium
* Foods: banana, avocado, leafy greens, broth/soups
7. Listen to warning signs
