Our clinic is now open strictly by appointment only. Kindly leave a message via our page or through sms at 0910 878 4858.

Guidelines for our Patients.

Please be advised of the following:

1. No Mask, No Entry inside the clinic.
2. Upon entering the clinic, thermal screening, alcohol sanitation and other screening procedures shall be done.
3. Only Patients are allowed inside the clinic unless absolutely necessary (If patient is a minor or a senior citizen)
4. We shall limit the number of patients in order to give way in sanitizing the premises for the succeeding patients.
5. A Health Screening form shall be sent to the patient prior to the date of appointment which shall be sumitted to our page. Once cleared, a message shall be sent to the patient via the page or Sms.

Please be guided accordingly.
