POWDERY MATTE TINTS - 4.5ml Wand Tube
This is a cosmetic product that turns Powder Matte on your skin. It's a multi-use product that can be used as a lip or eye product (or even cheeks). It's pigmented so a little goes a long way! This is easy to blend. You can use either a brush, finger, or just use the applicator directly. It gives you a flawless matte finish in a range of 8 shades. Essential oils infused to glide smoothly on lips.
** Please note that this is pigmented so blend one section at a time.
