REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS WITH AN UPDATED CLEARANCE FORM

Please be informed that all graduating students are required to complete and submit their Graduation Clearance as part of the official requirements for graduation.

Students must secure the necessary signatures and clearances from the following offices:

* College Dean
* Office of Student Affairs
* University Prefect of Discipline
* Finance Office
* Business Center
* Library

After obtaining all required signatures, the Office of the University Registrar shall be the final office to sign the clearance.

Completed Graduation Clearance forms must be submitted to the Degree Auditor of the Office of the University Registrar on or before JULY 14, 2026.

Attached to this announcement is the Graduation Clearance form, which you are required to download and print for submission to the concerned offices for their clearance signatures.

Please be guided accordingly and ensure the completion of all requirements within the given deadline to avoid delays in the processing of your graduation credentials.
