Instead of thinking of the things you need to do, or writing a to do list, write it down and schedule it. Time blocking is more effective because it uses SMART planning. I love using Google Calendar, it allows me to squeeze more tasks in a day.

The best part of keeping your skin healthy and glowing is you'll need less time doing your make up. I finish my skin care routine in the morning in 15 minutes (10 minutes for a sloppy make up). What about yours? 😊
