I've been diagnosed for gerd/hyperacidity with anxiety and depression . I'm underweight and inborn with only 1 kidney, start my lowcarb journey last January 3 2023. I've seen improvement on my overall health but not totally okay. Maybe I try to do strict lowcarb for faster healing. 🙏🙏🙏🤲
