Don't book appointments if you know you wouldn't be showing up. If you want to cancel do so 1day before or ahead of time.

This is a busy week for me . Don't be this type of person . I never take any downpayment from you to take the vacant slot . I would prefer if you be on time for your appointment . I rather you wait on me than I wait on you for 1/2 hour sometimes even more . I don't mind waiting a 5 or 15 mins but half hour to an more than hour is wrong and end up cancelling your appointment . I try my best to put in everyone and you need to understand that . Don't get me wrong but understand that this is a principal place of business.
