The Tagaloguin-Adona Polymedic & Diagnostic Center in collaboration with TESDA, Asenso Misamis Occidental, Philippine Army durint the Training Induction Program.

​On March 11, 2026, we officially launched the TESDA Training Induction Program for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Facility Cleaning and Disinfection. This cohort consists of 75 dedicated students from the Philippine Army and TAPDCI scholars with the President of TAPDCI Dr. Bryan Aizzer Tagaloguin- Adona, spearheaded by the Regional Director of Tesda Director Rafael Abrogar, the fast and furious Provincial Director Director Romel Natad, distinguished leadership of Major General Yegor Rey Baroquillo Jr. PA with the support of Asenso Misamis Occidental Governor Atty Henry S. Oaminal.

​Strategic Significance

​This milestone is a vital investment in our nation’s security and welfare. By empowering our soldiers with specialized technical skills, we are not only enhancing their ability to defend the state against lawless elements and foreign threats but also evolving their roles as elite first responders.

​A Multi-Dimensional Force​

Our objective is to develop a highly capable force ready to protect and preserve life across all fronts:

​National Defense: Strengthening the frontlines against insurgency and external aggression.

​Crisis Management: Providing critical medical intervention during natural disasters and calamities.

​Global Health & Security: Capacitating personnel to respond effectively to biological warfare and global pandemics.

​Through this partnership between TESDA, Asenso Misamis Occidental and the Philippine Army, we are ensuring that our defenders are equipped with the knowledge to fight for our sovereignty and the skills to save Filipino lives in any emergency.

​We are proud to announce a historic milestone for Tagaloguin-Adona Polymedic & Diagnostic Center Inc. (TAPDCI). As we continue to evolve,

TAPDCI is officially the FIRST Hospital in Region X to be a TESDA Training Center under the EBET ( Enterprise Based Education Training Program ) offering these two specialized programs:

1) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) NC II

2) Facility Disinfection and Cleaning Level II

​For 16 years as a Medical Corps Reservist in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, I have seen that a nation’s strength is measured by its readiness. In light of the shifting tensions in the West Philippine Sea and global instabilities, we cannot afford to be spectators. We have a paradigm shift from internal defense to Territoreal Defense align with the roadmap of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
