CANCER – I had a case of a 37 year old seaman who was given 3 months to live because he had cancer of the lymph nodes, the size of a golf ball in his back. He was too weak to even put his pants on. DIALYSIS – I had a patient on dialysis every day. She was on end stage renal disease. Her doctors gave up on the idea of a kidney transplant.
