We simply take for granted those days that passes by. Each sacrifice they made for us on their own loving way.

But then we grow and finally learned
how much their love really meant.

When you have been through hard times and come out the other side, look around you. The people there are your true friends.

The love of family and the admiration of friends is much more important than wealth and privilege.

Before the year-ends, I would like to share a bit of my journey again and struggles to make other people realize the importance of Life as a gift from Almighty God.

How I'm coping-up with my present medical condition- a terminal illness. Being unemployed for couple of years, not having my own place to live-in (so grateful to my brother for welcoming me in his place); without my parents to cuddle me when I'm lonely and very sick....and so on.

1. Devotional prayers. I submit my self fully to the power of Almighty God with obedience and worship.

2. Practice Clean living and healthy lifestyle

3. Practicing mindfulness... calmness, relaxation

4. Bible and Good reads

5. Regular and proper exercises

6. Well-balanced diet. I am using Foreverliving Products:
