JOB DESCRIPTION
• Fill in required company plantilla through proper hiring and selection of qualified candidates from rank and file to executive positions.
• Employee relations: manage employees concerns and elevate issues beyond my capacity to management.
• Maintain harmonious relationship between the employees and management.
• Over-all- in- charge of company wide events and employee development programs.
• Manage the end- to- end HR functions from hiring, selection, deployment, performance appraisal, and payroll processing and employee exit interviews.
• Effectively represent the company in Labor Cases.
• Perform employee on- board orientation on company policies and guidelines.
• Author several company HR related circular (Memo on policies, NTE, Sales contracts, Employment contracts, Authorization letters)
• Successfully performed HR related field work such as employee background check.
• Train and supervise new employees based on their job description.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year of experience as HR Assistant
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related courses
• Detail-oriented
• Can do multi-task
• Knowledgeable with different HR Facets
• Directly reporting to the Management
• Willing to report every day to office
• Willing to start ASAP
• Residing near Quezon Ave is a plus!

Job Description

Assist clients with any concern relating to machine problems;
Attend daily to pending repair jobs in our technical room;
Attend to assigned repair jobs in venues outside company premises;
Perform diagnostic check up of machines/devices/products to determine reasons for breakdowns;
Finish daily assigned repair jobs promptly and efficiently;
Study technical requirements for new and existing machines/devices/products;
Report to Management all findings of machine/devices/products problems, issues, and/or breakdowns through the submission of a written report;
Assist in the set up of machines/devices/products delivered to clients;
Ensure that machines/devices/products delivered to clients are functioning well and in good condition;
Teach clients how to handle and maintain units delivered to them

Main workload posters, brochures, and banners
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style and related aesthetic concepts
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
Proof read artworks
