My Glutalipo Story

Today i officially lost 11lbs. I started last April 19. I have always stuggled with my weight. College i was very fit with Abs and muscles because i was in the varsity for swimming. After college syempre no more intense training and it was all work and we need to include stress. That was the start of my weight problem. Ill lose a few pounds and gain it back.🤦‍♀️ there was a time i did a crash diet. Jhay gave me bangkok diet pills grabe in 2 months yata from a Large to Small just in 2 months. Kaso i started to get breakouts in my face tapos i got ulcer pa. So i stop those pills and there again went back to gaining weight.
The main reason why i am sticking with Gluta lipo was so that i can have a regular bowel movement with a minimum exercise. I can say every since i started drinking glutalipo i wasnt gaining a huge amount of weight.
Since this pandemic started and we were all not allowed to go out. I would have so much energy pa at the end of the day so sleeping was a problem. So i started exercising everyday and drink Gluta lipo at the evening para when i wake up, its detox time.

I just wanted to say, because of gluta lipo i get to detox everyday and with proper exercise i got to lose weight properly.

I got another 11lbs to lose hahaha.
