🍋 CALAMANSI WATER LANG PALA? 😱

What is PCOS and how can we manage it?
PCOS is not just about irregular periods or ovarian cysts.

But one of the biggest drivers of PCOS symptoms is insulin resistance.

So how do we start managing PCOS through lifestyle?
First, start your day with the right first meal.Aim for 30 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber, and half cup of cooked rice. This combination helps support better blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity.
