TUESDAY TIP: Be gentle when shampooing and conditioning. Don't use excessive force rubbing your hair, remember hair is most vunerable when wet.
DO YOU KNOW?: That rubbing hair dry with a towel only roughs up the cuticle, making it more prone to the frizzies once it dries.
Just squeeze or pat it dry instead to avoid frizz afterwards. Don't forget to use regular conditioning as well.
