5 TIPS FOR THE 28 DAYS CHALLENGE🔥
If you're not used to physical activities, some of the Challenges may look too difficult or intimidating. Here are 5 Tips to help you overcome them!
1. Walking a mile outside is easy if you do it with a friend. Having someone to talk to will make the time and distance pass in a flash.
2. How to jog indoors without getting bored? Do it in front of the TV with your favorite movie or series to help you pass the time.
3. A great way to self-motivate is to reward yourself with a treat after every workout. An ice-cold Nutrimeal Smoothie is not just delicious, it's super healthy for you too!
4. Don't tackle the jump rope challenge without proper preparation! On the days leading up to Feb 11, start training with a jump rope early! Try to do 2-3 minutes straight first, then add a minute or two everyday until you reach the 30-minute goal! Use a clock or timer and record each session to help keep you on track!
5. To help track your progress on walks and jogs, you can use pedometer apps on your smartphone to count your steps and distance! Just search for 'pedometer apps' on the App Store or Google Play Store.

WEIGH-IN
The starting weight of all participants will be measured using the InBody device at the USANA PH offices in Makati, Cebu, and Davao. Authorized USANA staff will be present on-site on January 13-14 to operate the device and record all results.
GET ACTIVE
There are 7 challenges that all participants need to accomplish during the 28-day period in addition to losing weight. These challenges are:
Jan 13-14: Post a photo/video of your initial weigh-in using the InBody device or a photo/video of you trying and drinking the required supplements with the hashtag
Jan 16: Post a photo/video of you recording your progress on a journal with the hashtag
Jan 21: Post a photo/video of you walking outside at least for 1.5 km or 1 mile with the hashtag
Jan 27: Post a photo/video of you jogging in place (indoors) for 5 km with the hashtag
Feb 1: Post a photo/video of your favorite To-Go Nutrimeal Shake Recipe with the hashtag
Feb 7: Post a photo/video of you doing zumba or aerodance with the hashtag
Feb 11: Post a photo/video of you using a jump rope for at least 30 mins with the hashtag
WIN
Final weigh-ins will be held from Feb 13-15 at the USANA PH offices. Authorized USANA staff will be present to record your numbers using the InBody device.
There will be 3 categories (lose at least 5 kgs, 10 kgs, and 15 kgs) with 5 winners each. A total of 390,000 pesos worth of SODEXO GCs are up for grabs!
