Last May 2020, ang dami kong napansin na changes sa face ko ang dami kong pimples na tumubo nung una akala ko baka sa facemask lang kasi nagwwork ako that time and commute pa. day by day hindi nababawasan yung pimples ko kahit hiyang ako sa skincare na ginagamit ko mas nadadagdagan pa siya. hanggang sa nagswitch ako ng iba't ibang brand ng rejuve para mawala yung acne ko, ang kaso once na magrejuve ako umo-okay yung face ko then pag patapos na yung duration na 1month use babalik nanaman ulit 😞 nakakawala ng confidence talaga lalo na pag sanay ka na okay naman yung face mo. tapos sympre maririnig mo sa ibang tao na "anyare sa mukha mo be?" tapos di ko na alam ano isasagot kasi hindi ko rin alam bakit ganun?😅

FAST FORWARD!

Last June 2021, may nagsabi sakin na itry ko na magpacheck up sa OB kasi nga bukod sa irregular periods ako matagal na, yung acne sa face ko hindi sya normally na nangyayare sakin.

Nagpacheck up na nga ko after non, kasi wala naman kakong mawawala kung susubukan ko saka para kahit pano may sagot na yung mga tanong ko bakit ganun yung nangyayare sakin saka marami na rin ako nababasa na may PCOS na same symptoms kami. So, chineck na ko ng OB then nadiagnosed na ko na may PCOS talaga ko, I need to loose weight para daw magnormal yung hormones ko, yung acne na meron ako lahat yun dahil sa PCOS kasi nattriggered sya once stress ka, nagooverthink etc. Advice din ni OB na magtake ng pills to balance yung hormones ganern! Sobrang lungkot ko nung nalaman ko yun kasi naisip ko ang hirap magdiet hahaha! kasi ang lakas ko talaga kumain nung mga time na to maya't maya. Tapos ang daming what if's? iniisip ko yung future ko na baka matagalan bago ako magkababy ganyan. kasi mostly sa may PCOS sobrang hirap magkaroon ng baby tapos yung stress palagi naman yan kasama sa buhay natin kahit anong iwas pa yung gawin natin.

Nagtake ako ng pills for 2 months and hindi na ako nakabalik sa OB ko monthly kasi busy na sa work tapos nakakatakot na rin magpunta punta sa ospital kasi mejo mataas yung cases ng covid hanggang sa may nababasa ako sa FB na may mga naging cure sila sa PCOS nila ganyan ang dami iba ibang products and methods ginawa nila para gumaling. Tapos, nabasa ko yung Ultra Green Coffee Jamocha flavor sa isang FB post ng friend ko tapos nagkwento rin sya about sa PCOS nya and UGC helped her a lot kasi nawala yung PCOS nya talaga.

Yung lasa ng UGC ang tapang na sobrang mapait para sakin kasi di ako nagkakape talaga eh kaya ganun tiniis ko talaga yun para mawala yung PCOS ko. twice a day pa inom ko for better and fast results ganern. Tapos honestly hindi lang yung PCOS ko yung naayos ni UGC, kasi pati yung constipation ko natulungan niya saka everytime na iniinom ko siya mas nagiging productive yung araw ko mas marami akong nagagawa at natatapos na workloads. sympre kasama na yung pagloose ng weight ko🥰✨

Fast Forward ulit!!😅

Last March 2022, naconvinced ako ni hubby na magpacheck ulit sa OB kasi delayed ako tapos nagPT ako positive yung lumabas. So punta ulit sa OB chineck yung PT tapos ultrasound, pagka-ultrasound nya sakin, may baby na talagang nabuo tapos chineck yung both ovaries ko teh yung mga cyst sa pinaka una kong ultrasound nung may PCOS ako? wala na lahaaaat!!!😭😭😭 ang sarap marinig kay OB na healthy yung ovaries mo at wala ng mga cysts and healthy din yung baby namin non. Double yung blessings kaya sobra akong naiyak nung time na yon. Thank you, Lord talaga!🙏🏻 ngayon, I'm currently 5months pregnant na and super likot ng baby namin.💗 sobrang thankful kami kasi binigay na siya samin ni Lord 💗

Kaya sa mga katulad ko po na may PCOS, or any other health conditions don't loose hope kasi may better options ka pa para mas maalagaan mo yung sarili mo at makatulong ka din sa iba na gumaling at magimprove yung health nila. 😊✨
