INSTRUCTIONS:
NIGHT TIME:
1. Cleanse face & neck with Clarifying Toner using facial cotton.
2. Wash face with Honey Lemon Soap. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Apply Medicated Astringent with an upward stroke using facial cotton.
4. Put generous amount of Peeling Cream.
5. After 30 minutes, apply Bleaching Cream in circular motion. Let it stay overnight.
DAY TIME:
1. Rub face with ice cubes, this closes & tighten spores.
2. Wash face with Honey Lemon Soap.
3. Spread on face an ample amount of SBF Cream. This is a sunblock, anti ageing cream & moisturizer.
*** YOU MAY OR MAY NOT EXPERIENCE SLIGHT PEELING (nothing like the commercial astringents), it depends on your skin's moisture content. Don't worry, its not obvious.
TIPS: PUT MOISTURIZER UNDER THE PLACENTA AND THE PEELING WILL BE GONE !
*** KEEP YOUR CREAM AND LIQUIDS IN A COOL DRY PLACE, IT WILL HELP KEEP ITS COLOR. IF DISCOLORATION OCCUR, ITS OKAY, IT WONT AFFECT ITS EFFECTIVENESS...

DIRECTIONS:
MORNING: Use white bleaching soap when taking a bath. Apply hydrocortisone as anti inflammatory for affected areas. After 3 days of using GPO discontinue use, rest the skin and wait until it peels off. Don't rub. Avoid using deodorant during peeling process. When the skin has peeled off, Apply the underarm whitening cream once or twice a day. It will also serve as your deodorant. And use Alum Chlorohydrate for anti-perspirant.
NIGHT: Use white bleaching soap when taking a bath. Apply GPO 3 coating interval of 2-3 minutes for 3 consecutive days. Apply hydrocortisone as anti inflammatory. Use Underarm whitening Cream.
