• 𝘏𝘺𝘱𝘯𝘰𝘣𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 - a 4-week childbirth preparation course using visualizations, affirmations, relaxation techniques, and self-hypnosis done completely online.⁣
