HOW TO TAKE GLUCO 100?

Gluco 100 is taken 1 capsule 1 hour before meals with 1 glass of tap water (never with hot or warm water), twice a day.

NOTE: Maintenance medicines/vitamins/supplements should be taken 1 hour before taking Gluco 100 or 3-4 hours after meals.

REMINDERS:

- When taking other medications or vitamins, take Gluco 100 at least 1 hour before or 3-4 hours after meals.
- Never take the powder out of its gelatin capsule and ingest it. Residue of glucomannan in the throat may expand and block the airway.
- Never take Gluco 100 before bedtime to avoid Gastroesophageal Reflux.
- Never take Gluco 100 with hot or warm liquid such as coffee, tea and other hot drinks. It may disrupt and expedite the expansion of glucomannan before reaching the stomach.
- For patients with diabetes, glucomannan may interfere with blood sugar control. Monitor blood sugar closely if you have diabetes.
- For patients with scheduled surgery, glucomannan might interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. Stop using glucomannan at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
