Kasii yung tiyan mo sanay na yan,, mgfafasting ka in 16hours, for ex. Meron tayong 24hours minus 16 hours equals 8hours yang 8 hours ay yan lng oras ng pgkain mo. Unli kain yan khit ilng kilo p ng karne mkain mo.
5. After that meron tayong sinasabi na OMAD one meal a day and TMAD two meal a day. Pipili k jan kung alin ang gusto n mkakaya mo.
