COMMON QUESTIONS NG MGA TAONG CURIOUS KUNG PAANO KO GINAMIT HERBALIFE PRODUCTS

1. ALIN PO BA SA MGA PRODUCTS ANG EFFECTIVE?

C AKÖ: Lahat po ay effective, lahat ay ginagamit ko at nirerekomenda ko sa lahat ng taong nakikilala ko at napapayat nito. Ang weight loss po ay isang proseso, hindi ka papayat kung magpapalit ka lang ng pagkain sa umaga pero hindi ka naman magdedetox at magtutunaw ng extrang fats. Unhealthy na yun agad for me. Mabilis ang rebound ng result. So as much as possible gamitin yung complete set.

2. PAANO NYO PO GINAGAMIT ANG PRODUCT?

C AKÖ: Twice a day akong nagtetake ng shake as my meal replacement sa umaga at sa gabi. First week, struggle ka sa pagkain kasi hindi ka sanay, pero nasa isip mo lang yan. Hindi ko naman kinamatay yung ginawa ko, mas energetic pako dahil magaan sa pakiramdam gumigising akong hindi na super bloated. Hindi ako mabilis magutom dahil sumunod ako sa oras at timing ng pag gamit ng product. Yung tea ko 3 to 4x daily, 2x sa aloe umaga at gabi then yung mga capsules naman 3x a day at every after meal. You can increase your capsule intake from 2 tablets to 3 or more tablets every meal dahil sila ang booster.

3. WALA BANG OVERDOSE?

C AKÖ: Herbalife is a food supplement and not a medicine. Kahit igoogle mo pa nakapasa ang brand na ito sa MEGADOSE LAW na nagsasabing safe ito kahit itake ng maramihan. No secret ingredients, lahat nasa bote ang details.

4. PWEDE BA TO KAHIT UMIINOM or YOSI?

C AKÖ: Nagpapakahealthy living ka na lang din bakit hindi mo pa itodo. Ang bisyo ang nagpapabagal ng proseso. Hindi ko sinabing tumigil ka kaagad, pero kailangan mong maghinay hinay. Hindi kasi ito himalang gamot, wag mo naman sana kontrahin ang effectivity ng product. Wag mo hintayin na Doctor na ang magbabawal ng mas matitinding bisyo mo. Kung di kailangan uminom, matutong tumanggi. Practice mo na din yan sa temptation.

5. PALAGI AKONG PUYAT PWEDE BA SA AKIN YAN?

7. NAKAKABUNTIS BA TALAGA ANG PAGGAMIT NETO?

C AKÖ: Hindi po kini claim ng product na para ito sa mga taong gusto magkaanak pero based on the testimony of many herbalife users na may PCOS nakatulong ito ng higit sa kanilang weight loss journey na siyang pinakaunang inaadvise ng mga doctor sa taong may PCOS. Dahil healthy eating ang nangyayare hindi ka lang basta papayat, hehealthy ka pa, mag reregenerate ang body mo ng mga healthy cells kaya mas mataas ang chance na mabuntis ka. Based on my experience after having my ideal weight I can eat na in a normal basis without thinking kung mag gegain ba ako o hindi. Dahil kapag nasa ideal weight ka na mas healthy and active na metabolism mo, hindi ka na agad agad tataba kung normal lang ang pagkain mo.

9. GAANO KABILIS MAKITA ANG EFFECT?

C AKÖ: It always depends on how your body react with the product at yung focus mo sa program. May mga taong naglolose ng 2lbs per week while others can lose up to 4lbs per week. It's always depend on you. Kaya dapat seryoso ka din, ikaw lang tutulong sa sarili mo at taga batok lang kaming mga coaches nyo.
