My last client gave me a lot of lessons. We know you paid for our service. Yes, it is our job to train you, to make you feel comfortable with us, and to make you feel beautiful in your own looks. We are not just your handlers—we are your second parents who will guide and protect you until the end of your journey. When we offer our service, we also put in so much effort, as we promised to provide.

But as clients, please also do your part and fulfill your responsibilities:
Pay attention to what your handlers say, because it is for your own good.
Learn the importance of what we call “call time”—if you really want to learn and be trained.
Always reply to your handler, especially for updates and important matters.
Lastly, pay your handlers the day after the pageant, especially if you have an outstanding balance.

LESSON: If you feel disrespected by a client, don’t hesitate to cancel. Your dignity as a working professional is more important.
