4. Customers are given 72 hours (3 days) to settle your bills. We automatically cancel placed orders that have not been paid within 72 hours (3 days).
5. NO Cancellation of order, once products are already been finalized, set, packed and shipped.
6. Always ASK for your queries to prevent misunderstanding.
7. Always INDICATE "Partial Order" or "Final Order" at the last part of order form.
8. We TAKE orders anytime but we highly recommend to submit your FINAL Orders (only) during MONDAYS, FRIDAYS, and SATURDAYS.

1. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and automatically be calculated and added to your total bill upon placing and finalizing of orders. Shipping rate depends on the weight and size of the item and buyer's location.
2. Please allow us to send orders and receive them in 3-4 working days. If earlier than the said days we will advice you as soon as possible.
3. We will not be liable for damages incurred due to to mishandling of the courier. As so, before shipping, we will double check items and will send images of placed orders to assure that there were no damages before shipping.

(Conner) - 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Monday - Saturday) at Exitializ Computer Shop. (You may get your orders to the owner of the shop). If in case products are unavailable at the said shop, you may come back 5:30 p.m. - onwards (Monday- Friday) at Collado's Photocopy Center, Malama, Conner, Apayao. All placed orders are delivered at the pick up place every Sundays. Meet-ups are NOT applicable in this area. NO door to door delivery. We do not have delivery service to reach your place. PUB/PUV delivery are NOT applicable to prevent misplaced and damages to items.
