I workout a lot but I’ve always have trouble with my lower abdo to flatten... didn’t realise how much I’ve gained from a 6week holiday in the Philippines until I Looked back on my photos!
First 2 photos taken 2nd of October before flying back to Australia.
Last 2 photos takes 16th and 17th of November!
with routine workout 🏋️‍♀️ and coffee a day, so far this is my result. Thank you Valentus!
