🥞 Whole Wheat Pancake 🥞
Servings 3
Ingredients:
✅1 cup whole wheat flour (5 ounces by weight)
✅1 tbsp sugar
✅1 cup buttermilk
✅1 egg
✅2 tbsp melted butter
✅1/2 tsp baking powder
✅1/4 tsp baking soda
✅1/4 tsp salt
✅Butter for greasing the griddle
Recipe:
✅In a big bowl, the whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
✅Mix all these well.
✅In another bowl, add buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
✅Whisk all these well.
✅Add dry ingredients into wet mixture, and stir them. If there is any lumps. Mix all the lumps as well . If you stir out the lumps, the pancakes will likely be tough.
✅Preheat a nonstick griddle to 375 degrees°F and grease the surface with butter.
✅Add small scoops of pancake batter (the batter will be thick) on non stick griddle.
✅Cook for a few minutes, until you see little bubbles forming on the surface.
✅Flip the pancakes (turn the side of pancake) and cook for a couple minutes.
✅The both surfaces should be golden brown.
✅Serve with butter, pure maple syrup, or sliced fruit such as banana and berries.
✅It's done. Serve and enjoy.

🍝Garlic Mushroom Pasta 🍝

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Butter 4 tablespoon
Mushrooms 260 grams
Onions 140 grams
Garlic 60 grams
Pasta 260 grams
Dried thyme 2 teaspoon Dried parsley 2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoon
Ketchup 4 teaspoons Boiled
Fresh parsley 2 tablespoons
Fresh parsley for garnishing

RECIPE:

✅Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 260 grams mushrooms in it and mix it well.
✅Mix these and saute for 4-5 minutes on medium heat well.
✅Then remove it from heat and keep aside.
✅Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a another pan, add 140 grams onions and fry until it turns golden brown in color.
✅Add 60 grams garlic and stir it well.
✅Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well. ✅Then, add the sauted mushrooms in it and mix these well.
✅Cook for 4-5 minutes on low to medium heat.
✅Add 2 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons ketchup and mix it well.
✅Now, add 260 grams boiled pasta and mix it well.
✅Cook for 4-5 minutes on low to medium heat.
✅Add 2 teaspoon dried thyme, 2 teaspoon dried parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and
Mix it well.
✅Cook for a minute and remove it from heat.
✅Garnish with fresh parsley.
✅ It's Done . Then serve it hot.
