FROM SILENCE TO SENTENCES: A 2.5 YEAR JOURNEY
At age 2.5, he came to Step and Speak.
Hearing impaired with a cochlear implant.
Completely nonverbal.
Showing autism features.
Parents were scared. "Will he ever talk?"
We started intensive speech therapy.
*6 months later:* Autism features faded. First vocalizations began.
*1 year later:* First words emerged.
*Today, at age 5:* He speaks in FULL SENTENCES. 💙
From nonverbal to conversational.
From isolation to connection.
Early intervention + right therapy = MIRACLES.
Cochlear implant gives the hearing.
Therapy gives the voice.
Proud of this little warrior and his dedicated family. 👏
