Deep space infection of the hand. If any such swelling develops prompt medical treatment and I and D is necessary as it may progress to deep space infection requiring fasciotomy.

8 year old presented to the ER with electric burn injury via high voltage electric wire. The patient's cardiac workup was done and initial debridement and aseptic dressing was done. The wound evolves over days and the resulting damage is permanent. Awareness should be spread regarding such injuries.

Pre and post op fat grafting for perry rhomberg disease. Results are outstanding considering this type of fat grafting falls in reconstructive surgery.

Giant-cell tumor of bone (GCTB) is a rare, generally benign, but locally aggressive tumor, often appearing in young adults (ages 20-40) near joints like the knee. These tumors, consisting of multinucleated cells, can destroy bone and, in rare cases (2-4%), metastasize to the lungs. Common treatments include surgery.

A case of cow feeder machine injury. Patient presented after 24 hours and none of the digits could be salvaged. A stump was the only viable option left. Patient was guided for toe transfer at a later stage.

Mitten hand deformity (pseudosyndactyly) is a severe hand deformity characterized by the fusing of fingers by a thin membrane of scar tissue, often seen in recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) or as a result of amniotic band syndrome. This patient of ours presented with this complex deformity at 2 months of age. Corrective surgery can start at 6 months of age.

Nasal Cartilage Necrosis Post Trauma.

Blunt trauma to the nose can lead to avulsion of cartilage segments such alae and lateral cartilage becoming avulsed from their blood supply. If left untreated without proper splintage can result in such Necrosis and lead to requirement of extensive reconstruction.

A blessed Ramadan evening.

A post op case of dorsal wrist repair in a 3 year old child. All extensor tendons in the 6 compartments were found transected and repaired. Post op wound dehisense was problematic but good physiotherapy led to great results.
