Chicken Wings Recipe

Things You Really want:

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup liquefied margarine
- 1/4 cup hot sauce

Steps:

1. Preheat broiler to 400°F.
2. Blend flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover chicken wings with flour blend.
4. Put wings on baking sheet, heat 30 minutes.
5. Blend liquefied margarine and hot sauce.
6. Cover wings with margarine sauce blend.
7. Heat 15-20 additional minutes.
8. Serve hot.

Varieties:

- Bar-b-que: Use bar-b-que sauce.
- Honey Mustard: Blend honey and mustard.
- Lemon Pepper: Add lemon zing and pepper.

Tips:

- Higher broiler temp for fresh wings.
- Use wire rack for air course.
- Barbecue wings at medium-high intensity
