To end the year, we got the big guns in and transformed one of my favourite’s beautiful hair to a brighter, shorter, and more fun result. The goal was to get rid of the red-brown base she had done almost a year ago, while also helping her blend out greys and creating a brand new look ✨
This is one of the best tricks in the book to manage those first few (or many) greys that appear. In this case they were concentrated in the back of the crown and right in front of the hairline. While she hadn’t ever seen lighter colour on her hair before, this client was ready and allowed me to get her hair to a shade light enough to blend her greys without covering them. This way the regrowth isn’t annoying and doesn’t require maintenance ✅
