RECIPE OF TOMATO JUICE FOR PINKISH FAIR AND GLOWING COMPLEXION/PIGMENTATION/FRECKLES:


1 GLASS TOMATO JUICE
1 TSP TABASCO SAUCE.
¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER (CRUSHED)
CHOPPED MINT LEAVES


PROCESS ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDER/JUICER EXCEPT BLACK PEPPER. AFTER BLENDING, POUR INTO A GLASS N SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER. U CAN SPRINKLE SOME CRUSHED MINT LEAVES (PAUDEENA) TOO. DRINK IT ONCE A DAY.

TIPS FOR OPEN PORES , ACNE SCARS, BLACKHEADS N OIL-CONTROL ON FACE:

Make a sandalwood paste with rose water and apply .Keep it overnight and wash it with cold water the next day. If you find that your skin becomes dry in the morning, leave the paste only for a few hours on your face or you may try adding some milk while making paste.

Rub ice cubes on the face for 10-15 minutes. It w...ill tighten the pores.

Apply cucumber juice on the face. Wash it off after 15 minutes to tighten the pores.

Cut a tomato in half and rub on the skin. Leave on for fifteen minutes. Wash it off with water. This will reduce open pores and blackheadS..

TIP FOR STRAIGHT & SHINY HAIR

1 NASHPATI(PEAR) OR PEACH.

MIX ALL THESE INDGREDIENTS N APPLY IT ON THE SCALP FOR 1 HOUR THEN WASH IT WITH A BABY SHAMPOO. THIS WILL MAKE UR HAIR SOFT, SILKY AND SHINY STRAIGHT

• 1 pao milk, 5 to 6 almonds, 1 piece of misree crushed, 1 tsp honey, 2 or 3 black currants (black kishmish), 1 tsp cashew nuts n pistachios crushed (optional), pinch turmeric (haldi), 1 tbsp saagoodaana, chaandi ka warq, half tsp kewra, 1 tsp dry dates (chhuwaray) crushed, drink this milk everyday or atleast thrice a week

1 cup or 1 pao wa...rm milk, 1 tsp kewra, 2 to 3 almonds crushed, some pistachios crushed, 2 to 3 raisins (kishmish), a small piece (10gm) of misree, 2 or 3 crushed dry dates (chhuwara), a pinch of saffron, chaandi ka warq, 1 tsp rosewater. Mix ALL THE THINGS N DRINK IT.

1 cup warm milk, 1 tsp kewra, 2 to 3 almonds crushed, some pistachios crushed, 2 to 3 raisins (kishmish), a pinch of saffron, chaandi ka warq, 1 tsp rosewater. Drink twice a day.

The root of the hair with a mixture of the yellow part of one egg, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp mustard or olive oil. Wash off after one hour. This will make the hair soft and lustrous.

Mix all the contents and make smooth paste.
If you have very dry texture heat it for few seconds in microwave.
Apply the paste on face for 15 -20 seconds.
Now wash off the face with Luke warm water.
Apply moisturizing lotion on face.
It will remove the flakes from the skin and give glow to it.

Honey MASK

Instructions:

Cover your face with clear honey (refined with a little lime juice) and hold over a steam bath for 15 minutes.
Wash your face with warm water.
