Beware of Quackery and false hopes. Many patients fall in the trap of false hopes by quacks and certain “doctors “ who say exosomes are the best treatment for hairfall. They are NOT.
Exosomes are simply not the first line treatment option for hairfall and other hair issues like dandruff. Alhamdullilah For the first time in Kohat, we have started Removal & Flap Reconstruction for skin cancers (Basal Cell Cancers & Squamous Cell Cancers) at CMH Kohat.
This is the second case done & the patient is now Tumour free with great cosmetic outcome.
This avoids hassle of going to plastic surgeons & also decreases the financial burdens around 600%.
Another elderly patient from bannu is also being planned for flap reconstruction for Nose Cancer at CMH kohat inshallah.

A smile is forever…Cutaneous Leishmaniasis treated successfully with combination of intra lesional plus oral medication. earlier the child was treated with substandard and under dosage medications which caused treatment failure and brought agony to the child for 1.5 year. At Skincare Clinic by Dr Anjum, the child responded to medications and the lesion was declared treated within just 1.5 months.

The skin of color (SOC) population is a relatively neglected group concerning the optimum and safe management strategies in different dermatological conditions and acne is no different, where there remains a need for comparing the available topical modalities for appropriate drug selection in the treatment of mild to moderate acne in SOC population. The present study showed that the safety and efficacy of 0.1% adapalene the traditional drug 4% benzoyl peroxide in the SOC population was comparable.
