Cobra pose; is one of the easiest pose to practice and is very enjoying and has great superiority over other yoga poses. It stretches the shoulder, chest, and abdomen muscles. It increases the flexibility and decreases stiffness of the lower back, it lifts up your mood and also tones buttocks, refreshes the heart.
Lay down straight facing the land and breath raise your upper body up and also raise your neck as well. Stay in this position for 10-15 seconds.You can repeat this pose daily

Dhanurasana: is a yoga pose that has lots of advantages such as it stretches the entire front of our body along with the chest, thighs, groin, ankles, and with the addition of toning of hips.
Lay down straight towards the land and relax breath in and out and then move your arms back and your legs up in the air then hold your legs with your hands and stay in this pose for 60-90 seconds.
