Location: In Office Only Cavalry Ground
The HR Executive is tasked with delivering comprehensive support across various Human Resource functions. These include but are not limited to, recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, and organizational development.
As a part of our team, you will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
Performance Management and Compensation:
- Spearheaded performance management initiatives, including probation evaluations, quarterly project performance assessments, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Regularly prepare and update trend analysis and internal salary surveys for existing employees.
- Develop and annually update KPIs and competencies across all departments.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: job advertisement, resume shortlisting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, salary validation, evaluation upload to HRMS, filing, internal salary surveys, candidate pool management, offer letter preparation, and resume formatting.
- Identify effective recruitment methods to attract quality candidates.
- Provide analytical reports to management and assist hiring managers in salary negotiations with final candidates.
Employee Onboarding:
- Draft NDAs and Employment Contracts, ensuring they are signed by new hires.
- Communicate new employee information to Finance, IT, Admin, and relevant Departments.
- Comply with Joining SOP (creating files and profiles, verifying documents, arranging welcome cake and employee ID card, etc.).
Training and Development:
- Monitor department-wise trainings according to set targets.
- Encourage departments to create and publish Training Need Analysis (TNA) on time.
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities aligned with TNA.
- Develop a Book Library and Learning Management System.
Automation:
- Conduct market research and create documents, presentations, and systems for automation.
- Update all existing flows and SOPs.
Employee Exit:
- Manage employee exit process as per SOP, ensuring smooth transition.
- Handle all exit formalities including clearance, intimations to Finance, IT, HR, Admin, and Department, follow-ups, final settlement, and exit letters.
- Generate detailed exit reports and analysis for management review.
Organization Development and HR Operations:
- Contribute to Service to Humanity Initiatives.
- Handle daily HR operational tasks.
- Coordinate quarterly Recognition Awards and participate in Employee Engagement Activities.
- Perform market research and policy creation.
- Establish and update policies, workflows, and SOPs following industry best practices.
- Propose new benefits to maintain market competitiveness.
- Draft documents, letters, and presentations related to various processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of basic HR functions and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
