I have a shop on Daraz... One of my payments daraz released from their end and not transferred into my account. when i complaint against that payment they said submit your statement i did and then filed a complaint and asked mr to give you resolution in 4 working days. it's been 1 month, and they did not resolve my issue and when i ask them where my payment is again filing a complaint and ask me to wait for more 4, 5 days. payment is PKR 25341. their finance did not transfered into my account just showed me. first they did not agree that this amount is not yet transfered. then i sent them my statement and they again and again ask me to wait.
beware of such frauds from DARAZ. they are scammers as well. always check your all amounts and their deductions carefully.
His name is Kamran. do not send him anything on COD or Without taking Advance from Him. he is fraud never pay you and block you or never attend your call.
