🔹️So guys after receiving a lot of DMs, today I m posting on "high blood pressure", the most common problem everyone is facing these days.
🔹️RISK FACTORS: Age, race, s*x, lifestyle, family history, pregnancy, and stress can all contribute to high blood pressure .
🔹️Firstly i will discuss the foods which we should avoid, when we are facing a high blood pressure.
🚫FOODS TO BE AVOIDED
➡️Eat foods with less sodium (salt)
E.g nikko, cookies, biscuits, chips, deep fried foods (pakorey, samosey) and pickles.
➡️Dont sprinkle salt on fruits or salad for taste.

➡️Coffee
➡️French fries
➡️Tomato sauce
➡️Egg yolk
➡️Fat rich foods (consume skim milk and yogurt)
