Creamy Mushroom Beef Bites -- So Delicious!
Super Easy Recipe:
1️⃣ Cut beef tenderloin into 1-inch cubes. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for a few minutes 🥩
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear the beef on high heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside
3️⃣ In the same pan, add butter. Sauté onions and mushrooms, then add flour and mix well. Pour in milk and heavy cream to make a rich, creamy sauce 🍄
4️⃣ Add the beef back to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle shredded cheese and black pepper on top 🧀
Tips:
Sear beef on high heat for tender, juicy bites
Cook the sauce until slightly thick for the best flavor
