*Dr Ahmed Mokhallalati* told Al Jazeera: "In the hospital, all the *beds are full*, people are *being treated on the ground*, we have more than 50,000 people who are also seeking shelter. But conditions in the hospital are also totally aseptic. I am a surgeon dealing with burn patients and we have *not been able to clean the burns* as we have no means to keep any hospital equipment clean."
