Najczęściej to nie pigment jest problemem – tylko fizyka światła, głębokość implantacji i procesy biologiczne w skórze.

Szary odcień może pojawić się gdy:
• pigment zostanie wprowadzony zbyt głęboko – pojawia się efekt Tyndalla
• organizm szybciej usuwa ciepłe cząsteczki pigmentu
• pigment ma bardzo drobne cząstki, które silniej rozpraszają światło
• skóra jest chłodna w podtonie
• pigmentacja została wykonana zbyt gęsto lub nierównomiernie.

Dlatego w PMU kolor to nie tylko pigment.
To połączenie pigmentologii, techniki pracy i anatomii skóry.

Why does permanent makeup turn grey over time?

Most of the time, the pigment itself is not the problem.
It’s a combination of light physics, implantation depth, and biological processes in the skin.

A grey tone can appear when:
• the pigment is implanted too deep, creating the Tyndall effect
• the immune system removes warm pigment particles faster
• the pigment contains very small particles that scatter light more strongly
• the skin has a cool undertone
• the saturation is too dense or uneven

In PMU, color is never just about the pigment.
It’s the result of pigmentology, technique, and skin anatomy.

In permanent makeup, it’s not only the technique that matters, but also choosing the right needle for the skin type, pigment, and working method.
