A proud moment presenting our new tactile framework for assessing facial soft-tissue mobility, developed together with the outstanding Christopher Rowland Payne of The London Clinic.

🔍 Originally described in 1874, Paget’s diagnostic principle has now been translated into a modern aesthetic context — helping clinicians:

✨ avoid adding weight to high-mobility zones

While in Paris for several meetings with my business partners, I took a moment to step inside Notre-Dame.
Not simply as a visitor — but as someone who values spaces that elevate thought, sharpen perspective and reconnect us with the deeper layers of purpose.

Walking through this cathedral, rebuilt and reborn, I was reminded how resilience, vision and unwavering consistency shape any meaningful legacy — whether in medicine, education, or the long-term projects we build for our communities.

Places like this invite a quiet internal audit:
Am I moving with intention?
Do my actions align with my mission?
And am I building something that will outlive the present moment?

For me, the answers come with clarity.
And Paris, as always, adds its own refined sense of perspective.

This year’s theme, Science before Art, reminded us that evidence-based practice is the foundation of safe aesthetic medicine.

Grateful to my colleagues for bringing together such a forward-thinking scientific community.

Today at the Royal Society of Medicine, we presented our poster together with
Dr Christopher Rowland Payne, Consultant Dermatologist and President of the RSM Section of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.

Our work revisits Paget’s Sign through the lens of modern aesthetic-regenerative medicine — showing how touch, tissue mobility and anatomical logic continue to guide safe and elegant facial treatment planning.

I am truly pleased with this collaboration — thoughtful, precise, and clinically meaningful.

Today, I had the honour of presenting at the Royal Society of Medicine during the session marking the legacy of Sir James Paget.

My lecture —
“Paget’s Disease, Beyond Survival: An Aesthetic-Regenerative Framework” — focused on a question that is becoming increasingly relevant in modern medicine:

What happens after survival?
When oncologic treatment is complete and the disease is controlled, many patients continue to live with visible and intimate changes — fibrosis, volume loss, restricted mobility, discomfort, and altered body identity.

These outcomes are not merely aesthetic; they affect function, confidence, and dignity.

In my talk, I proposed a structured clinical approach:

Restore Anatomy → Restore Function → Restore Identity
operationalised through three practical pillars:
• Structure
• Mobility
• Tissue Quality

Aesthetic-regenerative medicine can and should address:
• Dermal and fascial fibrosis
• Metabolic exhaustion of adipose tissue
• Loss of depth, softness, and comfort
• Psychosocial well-being

Key biological focus:
The adipose–dermal axis and its regulatory nodes
NRF2 • TGF-β1 • Wnt3a
— guiding Protection → Architecture → Renewal.

Regeneration is not a luxury; it is the continuation of care.
Patients deserve treatment that restores not only form and function, but also ease, confidence, and personal identity — delivered with scientific humility and technical precision.
