Hi, my name is Janardan. I’ve been practicing meditation and qi gong for over 20 years. I want to share the practice of Sheng Zhen to others in hopes that it will help them as much as it helps me.

Sheng Zhen is system of energy cultivation using moving and still forms. It helps strengthen the body, calm the mind, and open the heart. I am a student of Master Li Junfeng, founder of the International Sheng Zhen Society.
